Product Condition & Warranty
All products sold on CCloud Store are used or refurbished electronics and spare parts unless otherwise stated.
Products are tested before listing, and condition is clearly mentioned in descriptions.
Checking Warranty: We provide a 3-day checking warranty only from the date of delivery.
Customers must check the product within this period. Any issues reported after 3 days will not be covered.
Warranty covers only functional issues not disclosed in the listing. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, improper handling, or compatibility issues.
Selling Your Used Products
CCloud Store also buys used mobiles, laptops, computers, and accessories.
Quotes are provided after physical inspection or based on details shared by the seller.
Final price may vary depending on the product’s condition and market demand.
Once sold, ownership is transferred to CCloud Store, and no claims will be entertained thereafter.
Orders & Payments
All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before product dispatch.
We accept payments through secure third-party gateways. CCloud Store does not store card or banking details.
Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped within a reasonable time after order confirmation and payment.
Shipping charges may apply depending on delivery area and courier service availability.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location. CCloud Store is not liable for courier delays.
Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only within the 3-day checking warranty period and only if the product has undisclosed functional issues.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at contact@ccloudstore.in or call +91 91013 47292 within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with all accessories (if any).
Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 7–10 business days.
Limitation of Liability
CCloud Store is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper installation of products.
We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party devices or software unless stated in the listing.
In no case shall CCloud Store be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
